I blew a tire and pulled into Krueger lot. The staff was incredibly nice and immediately helped me. They got my tire changed and had me on my way quickly. Had a very bad day but Kruegers helped make it a little better.

They sent out coupons for an oil change for $29.99 and I went there to get it but was told that “they raised the prices on oil since the coupons were sent out” and they were actually gonna charge me $60 for the oil change. I told them they should still honor their coupon. He told me I’m not gonna get it cheaper anywhere else. I left that’s terrible business and I would never go back.

These guys are what everyone hopes to deal with when it comes to an automotive mechanic. No BS, straight forward, honest, and actually care about the quality of their work. You want your car fixed without the worry of getting the run around? Go here. I called to get a quote for a tire balance and alignment. Instead of giving me a price, he asked questions and what symptoms the truck was having. He asked that I bring in my truck so they can look at it so they can give me a proper diagnosis. He explained that he didn't want to give me a blind estimate for the fact that the issue could be something else in which would cause frustration, money wasted as well as our time. Free of charge. Took my truck in. Mechanic took the truck for a test drive as soon as I got there and sure enough, an alignment and tire balance would not solve my issue. Long story short, these guys know what they're doing, they're straight up honest with you and their prices are right in line of what a repair would cost you. July 2026 (since I can’t create another review, adding onto my below review ) Another great experience! It was easy to schedule an appointment using their site to have some routine maintenance done. They sent me a reminder text & my car was done the same day. Again the staff was so nice & professional. Thank you!! —————————————————————————— Happy I received their coupons in the mail. My car was due for inspection & I received their coupons in the mail & thought why not give them a try. When I called for an appointment they got me in the same week & worked with my schedule. I dropped it off the night before & they called me the next day to let me know it would take a day longer to complete. They explained the situation & apologized for the inconvenience. They said if I needed my car back they would get me in right away if I brought it back another day. I was happy to hear from them right away about this & had no issues with them keeping it longer. They called to let me know what was needed to pass (just 4 tires which I was expecting) & what all was good & of course the price. They took the time to explain in detail what maintenance was due (well little over due) as well and offer

I brought my beloved 20 year old car in for some engine issues. I also asked them to do a complete inspection of the car, because I was at the point of whether to get rid of the car, or keep it going. After their comprehensive inspection, I decided I wasn't ready to let the car go. There patience and tenacity made my car feel like new again, and made me remember why I fell in love with my car back in the day. They're great at communication, and let me know exactly what they were doing and how much it would cost. One last thing: their final bills have always come under their estimates.
